|Recommended: NoFirst Year — This is my first year renting an apartment. I walked into my room and it was a mess The white ceiling fan was completely gray with dirt and dust. The blinds are dirty and broken. The walls and floor were dirty. The bathroom toilet seat was falling apart. The return duct vent outside of my rook was caked with dust. It took my 4 hours to get my room and bathroom livable. What should happen is that I get back some money for spending half the day cleaning.

|Recommended: YesSuch a great place, management always responds quickly to inquiries. Never had any issues when submitting an order for a broken appliance or when I needed a new AC filter. They always had it fixed within a week or so.

|Recommended: YesI lived here before and absolutely loved it. I did have a kid but they still rented to me and I was able to rent the entire until to myself for me and my kiddo. Internet and cable always worked with no issues. I loved living here and all the ammenities Management is the BEST as well Very quiet and cozy place to live
