|Recommended: YesNoisy — The steps leading up to the apartment are falling apart and crumbling. A majority of the nights are noisy due to street traffic. There are thin walls and the neighbors above us have been playing loud music. Maintenance is pretty good at addressing orders

|Recommended: YesNew Management has been wonderful — I have been living in Campus Lodge for two years now. After it was purchased by Hamilton Point the staff, management, and property have improved significantly. They do their best to ensure that tenants are happy and taken care of. They are responsive in a timely manner, staffed according to the volume needed to ensure a smooth-running complex and very kind and understanding. This is a HUGE improvement.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Place to Stay — I would recommend people to stay here as they provide everything that one needs in his daily life. The shuttle services are good and are always on time. They also take to Walmart every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Each apartment has it's own laundry. The kitchen has all the utilities that are needed in daily life.
