I walked into my room and it was a mess The white ceiling fan was completely gray with dirt and dust. The blinds are dirty and broken. The walls and floor were dirty. The bathroom toilet seat was falling apart. The return duct vent outside of my rook was caked with dust. It took my 4 hours to get my room and bathroom livable. What should happen is that I get back some money for spending half the day cleaning.

submitted by Danielle B. - |Recommended: YesSuch a great place, management always responds quickly to inquiries. Never had any issues when submitting an order for a broken appliance or when I needed a new AC filter. They always had it fixed within a week or so.
