|Recommended: YesSummer Sublease — The facilities are nice. The staff is helpful. It's a good value in today's rental market. The location is great, and if you're a student, the shuttle is quite an asset. You can avoid on-campus parking fees

|Recommended: YesGreat place for first time renters — Guys, I’m a first time renter here and it is very, very affordable and nice Water and WiFi is included in rent and rent for one person is very close to a subleased 6-8 person house. It’s perfect as a bachelor pad and has a common area where you could host a small party. It’s all around great

|Recommended: YesI just recently went on a tour of some of the apartments in this facility and me and my friend had Emma as our tour guide. She was incredibly pleasant and helpful and her service skills made the property just that much more appealing. She was also very descriptive and helpful with every question and even stayed with us for a little bit extra time just to make sure we got the best experience. I felt that she deserved the recognition for being great at her job and making it a very positive experience.
